The Watermill Homeowners Association Pool is for the exclusive use of homeowners and renters. A Pool Registration for the current year must be active to gain access to the pool. The pool is managed by the Swim Club Management Group. To download the Pool Access Information, Login then go to Documents & FAQs and select the Pool category.

Pre Summer Hours (May 29 – June 19):
Monday – Friday – 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm
Saturday & Sunday – 10:30 am until 8:00 pm
Summer Hours (June 20 – August 22):
Daily 10:30 am – 8:00 pm
Post Summer Hours (August 23 – September 3):
Monday – Friday – 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm
