Watermill Homeowners Association 2022 Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting of the Watermill Homeowners’ Association has been scheduled for Thursday, February 24, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. In order to ensure proper quorum for this meeting, we are asking that members of the Association complete an online ballot, whether you intend to participate in this meeting or if you do not.

The primary goal of the meeting will be to update the community on the current state of the Association, and to elect four (4) homeowners to the Board of Directors for a two-year term.

As you are aware, Watermill has a high quorum number that does not reduce with re-called meetings. Without meeting quorum, the Association cannot conduct business of any kind. It is imperative that we be able to do so with elections and other business items on the agenda. In prior years, Watermill has endured additional costs for re-called meetings. In prior years, Watermill has endured additional costs for re-called meetings. Please help the community to achieve its quorum by attending this meeting or submitting your proxy! To ensure that this meeting may be held, please be sure to return your proxy to us no later than 5:00 PM on Wednesday, February 23, 2021. To assist in ballot return, a Drop Box has been installed at the clubhouse.
