Clubhouse
The Watermill Clubhouse is available for Watermill HOA members to rent for private events. We are pleased to offer two rental spaces for use. The upstairs space is more formal and appropriate for formal events. The downstairs rental space is a perfect area to host an informal event.
Each space includes a full kitchen and folding tables and chairs. Upstairs has approximately 12 five foot round tables, 10 six foot rectangular tables, and 62 chairs available. The downstairs space has approximately 5 six foot rectangular tables and 80 chairs.
How to Request to Reserve the Clubhouse
- Once you are logged in to the website, select My Reservations & Requests and then Community Reservations.
- Click the green + Community Reservation button at the top of the screen.
- On the right side of the screen under Facilities, select the space you would like to request to reserve. Next, select a date on the calendar and complete the reservation request form.
- You will also need to review and sign the Watermill Clubhouse Rental Agreement located in the Documents > Internal Documents > Clubhouse Rental Agreement Form section of the website.
